Payment Information

Card details provided at checkout are encrypted using AES-256 encryption and stored solely for the purpose of manual EFTPOS processing by our team. They are permanently deleted within 7 days of your booking date.

Cookies

Our website uses session cookies to manage your booking process. These are temporary and are deleted when you close your browser.

Terms & Conditions

By booking a tour or accommodation with Woolnorth Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email sent to you. Tour bookings require a minimum of 4 guests to proceed. If the minimum is not reached, your booking will be cancelled and a full refund issued.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Card payments are processed manually via EFTPOS by our team.

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

Tour Operations

Woolnorth Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to weather, safety conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be provided or an alternative date offered.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must follow the instructions of their guide at all times. Access to Woolnorth Station is by permission of VDL Farms only — guests must remain with the group and respect all property and wildlife.

Liability

Woolnorth Tours takes all reasonable precautions for guest safety. However, guests participate in tours at their own risk. We recommend guests have appropriate travel insurance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Guests

• More than 7 days before the tour: Full refund
• 3–7 days before the tour: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before the tour: No refund

To cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible at info@woolnorthtours.com.au or call +61 3 6452 1493, quoting your booking reference.

Minimum Numbers

Tours require a minimum of 4 guests to operate. If a tour does not reach the minimum number of guests by 48 hours before the tour date, all bookings for that date will be cancelled and full refunds processed automatically.

Cancellations by Woolnorth Tours

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to extreme weather, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In these cases, a full refund will be provided or an alternative date offered at no extra cost.

B&B Accommodation

• More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund
• 3–7 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund

Refunds

Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
